I was looking for an accent chair that would match my existing sofa and rug and the beige chair was a perfect match. This will primarily be used as extra seating for the occasional guest and as the description stated it was a wooden frame with a foam cushion I expected it would be pretty firm. However the cushion does have a zippered cover so if it doesnt soften up at all there is the option to replace the cushion material. Some of the pictures show what seem to be two zippers in the back but the chair I received just has straight seams with no zippers. The upholstery is very nice, has a linen look to it and is lined up nicely on the chair. I didnt have any trouble lining up or attaching the legs. I did return the first chair I received as there was a big dent in the foam padding on the front of the one arm. The chair was listed as free returns and said to start the process through returns but that did not result in a prepaid label. I contacted customer service by email and got a response within 10 minutes and was emailed a prepaid label for FedEx with a link to schedule a home pickup at no charge. My refund was issued the day after they received the chair. I think this chair is a great value for the price! Was pleasantly surprised
