defective pieces/not able to set up/ no response from seller
I bought 1 set of 2 stools about a week ago and really liked them. They have a slight tilt forward when sitting but not an issue unless youre going to sit in it all day for hours. They look great and were easy to set up at the time.
I ordered two more sets of 2. The stools have 2 trunk pieces, one that has a rounded circle at the top which is supposed to line up and connect to the seat bottom with pre drilled screw holes. My recent packages for 4 additional stools have the wrong size trunk pieces, they are 5 inch rounds instead of 6 inch rounds, and the holes in the rounds do not line up to the pre drilled screw holes at all. I contacted the seller 2 days ago with no response yet.
I dont have a power drill and I dont even know if it the wood of the seat would splinter if I did go buy a power to drill separate holes. So right now I have no way to put it together. hoping they respond my message and they can send the correct trunk pieces or at least I can return for full refund!!
