Came in two boxes on separate days, all pieces intact and undamaged. Didnt require any tools to assemble - I did it myself in 30 min and was very intuitive to put together. Giving 4 stars on ease of assembly because two of the holes for the legs to screw onto had screw holes at an angle such that it took a little bit of screwing to get in, but I just kept going and everything worked out. Couch is comfy and fits nicely in my very small living room.
Overall was impressed with how thoughtfully it was designed - it was easy to assemble, the sectional part can be rearranged to be an ottoman, theres velcro on the cushions so they stay in place, the back is slightly angled and shorter than the cushions for comfort. Would definitely recommend this couch as it is a great value for the money spent.
