This bed looks better in person than it did in the pictures. All pieces were clearly marked. It was relatively easy to put together. The instructions have you attach the head and footboard to the frame first, but after doing that, I had to loosen the screws almost to the point of taking them out completely in order to fit the side pieces in and attach them. Its a good product
