This is a very small table. Its dimensions are as listed, but somehow, nonetheless, I was surprised by how small it is. That being said, it was not difficult to assemble. I did have to drill holes in the bottom of the shelf and had to be a little creative in attaching the bottom shelf by myself. The table seems quite sturdy. I purchased it to be a base for a (larger) shadowbox I have paced on its top to fashion a shadowbox end table. It is supporting the rather heavy shadowbox without difficulty. Moreover, the table took the stain I applied to it quite well. Overall, I am quite pleased with this product.
