Aming for this price, and a very nice table at any price.
I generally compare these rubber wood products to composite wood, since the price point is comparable. The rubber wood products are VASTLY superior. Assembly was very easy, without having to use the convoluted connectors you use with composite wood. You simply use screws as you would with any wood. The rubber wood is heavy, and the grain is not as attractive as woods like oak, maple, etc. However, the grain is very acceptable and WAY better than the fake grain laminates on composite wood. The assembled table is exceptionally sturdy. We have multiple tables from this manufacturer and we get many compliments on them / and the prices were excellent.
My only criticism is that it lacks drilled holes for the lower shelf brackets. There are only small indents where the screws should go. It was possible to insert the screws with just a screwdriver, but you risk stripping the screwhead because so much torque is needed. I just drilled pilot holes which made assembly easier.
Strongly recommended
