Memorial Day update / My husband almost lives in this chair! He loves it!!! Originally said he didnt need a chair with a lift and not hes loving having the lift. When he wakes up during the night he leaves the bed and goes to his chair where he knows he can go back to sleep probably more than 50 of the time I find him asleep in the chair in the morning. Chair is holding up well, I did get a slip cover for it that is working out well, the fake leather loses color after a while. I highly recommend this chair.
We live in a location that doesnt have many furniture stores, our in store shopping found only one POSSIBILITY. So I went on line. Many choices in my price range. After reading descriptions and reviews til my eyes fell out I chose this one. My husband said he didnt need the lift and I said maybe not now but in a few years he will actually he loves having the lift now. We decided that massage was just one more thing to break. I chose this chair because of the motor being german made. Also description states hardwood was used, not pressboard. So I thought this chair would probably last longer. I bought the brown, it works well with the other room colors / brown comes in so many shades I was concerned / it is more like dark chocolate than milk chocolate. It is HEAVY, but has rollers and is easy to move on our hard wood floors. Assembly was easy. I like the loop on the side to hook the remote on, and the pocket is handy for all the different remotes he has, eliminated that clutter from the coffee table. Best of all I believe every day my husband says I LOVE my chair! Decent for the price
