Perfect! Despite confusion finding parts and instructions.
WHY WE GOT THE CHAIR / We got the brown leather infinite position lay flat recliner for my 80 year old mother to use to sit on and sleep on. After reading the reviews of cheaper chairs / many of them talking about the cheap quality or lack of comfort we chose this chair (we were not disappointed). Leather rather than cloth as my mother loves to drink red wine and often spills it. We chose the brown leather because the black leather (which my mother really wanted) was 50 more (after we got it she said the brown was ok / a subtle dark brown that was not obnoxious).
THE GOOD / Quality is great! Very comfortable for my 53 110 lb mother and very comfortable for me when I tested it (63 240 lbs)! Easy to put together would have only taken me 15 or 20 minutes but.
THE BAD / I put the chair together easily enough but there were some missing cords and I thought there would be wheels and there were no instructions / finally after trying to find a phone number for the company online I decided to turn the chair over / and tied to the underneath of the chair by a strip of leather were all the missing parts / the wheels / the cords and the instructions. The company really needs to put the instructions in the side pocket telling people to look under the chair. This was only a minor inconvenience and will not change my solid 5 star rating for this wonderful chair. Its a good product
