We have ordered 3 lift chairs in brown leather. All arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I am 5 ft 7 in this chair fits me wonderfully. It is to short to sleep on for my husband who is 6 foot, but he likes to just sit in it. Vary comfortable chair, easy to adjust. I used customer service, they were quick to respond and assist me. Dont hesitate on this one its a keeper. I did buy again 3 times! Love the color and it was very comfortable
