I was toggling between a 4/ and 5/star review, but decided to go with the 4 since its more realistic. This couch is great for the price and I would definitely buy it again. As many other reviewers say, I was really nervous buying a couch online because 1) you cant sit on it first, 2) what happens if theres damage to it during the shipping process, and 3) what if the bad reviews are really true. Everything comes in one big box, which I was able to move by myself since I only had to push it down a hallway, but if there are stairs involved, I would definitely suggest another set of hands. The directions are easy enough to follow and all of the pieces you need are in the bottom of the couch. I live in a very (very) small apartment in DC so putting it together in my living room was a little difficult in terms of space, but once I had it all together, it fit perfectly in the space I had imagined! Total assembly time (one person) was about 45 mins to an hour. The vacuum/sealed seat cushions puffed up immediately and the back cushions are super comfy. I read a lot of complaints about the velcro for the back cushions making tons of noise but I really dont know how those people are sitting on the couch because I have no experienced that whatsoever. There was really no smell that I had read about in other reviews, which was a relief.
Overall, this is a great purchase for someone who is in the market for some cheap furniture. Im not planning on having this couch forever, but it will at least get me through a couple years until I move again! This product is pretty decent for the price
