We purchased this frame for my toddler daughter. We bought an 8 inch mattress to go with this frame, but it was way too low, so we added a 4 box spring. Perfect height. The issue is the length! We have a full mattress/box spring setup. The length of each of them is 74. The length of this frame is 84. That leaves a petty big gapeither at the head or foot of the bed. Neither is good, and especially not for a toddler who will end up playing on the bed at some point. Not sure what we will do. We may have to return it. Nice frame, but just make sure to check your measurements if you have a standard length full mattress. Might scream while assembling.
