Was totally amed with this bed in a box. Box did arrive looking like it was dropped from a drone onto my doorstep. Didnt receive the opening tool the manufacturer mentioned on their set up video, as a matter of fact, nothing came with the box about set up. Heavy as heck and when I got it on the box spring (still wrapped in plastic) and slit the plastic, was in for a surprise. Heard a hissing sound and the mattress unraveled and decompressed! Just like on a TV comefy with an inflatable rubber raft! Alls well. Had a wonder nights sleep. Did not wait the 24 to 48 hours for full inflation, but it was fine. I sleep alone, so not sure how it would work with 2. Would recommend this mattress.
