This was hard to assemble. It says you need 2/4 people, I did it alone so its possible, its just a little difficult. The instructions when building the platform for mattresses arent clear and dont specify the direction the pieces are to be laid out, they also identify one piece on that page only to later on reference it as a different piece so I had to move the piece around a couple times which is annoying. It comes with everything clearly labeled which is nice and otherwise the instructions are manageable but make sure you pay very great attention to the details! Also dont tighten the screws until every piece is put together then go back and tighten everything otherwise it wont fit together. Its sturdy and looks great. My boys love it! It fits their tiny room so well and it looks minimal and clean. I weigh 170 and I was up on the top bunk making the bed abs it was sturdy. Not so bad.
