Some of the pieces were a little damaged. The main problem though is the instructions. The screw bags are all labeled wrong and dont match up. Then the diagrams are incorrectly labeled. With a little common sense you can figure it all out on your own though and the bed ends up super cute! My little girl loves it as her first big girl bed and it still gives the security of a crib and keeping her from rolling off! cute.
