Bought this rubber mat bowl set for my large German Shepherd, the bowls are much smaller than I expected them to be. Good thing I also have a very tiny chihuiha. The mat has a little of a lip to keep spills off the floor. The two bowl are secure within the rubber mat. The mat does collect hair fairly easy. Large bowl set is more for a miniature chihuiha but it does its job of keeping water and food off the floor.
