The sideboard was easy to assemble, took my husband and me about an hour working together. It seems sturdy, but I have only had it for a day. The only issue we had was the FedEx delivery. We kept getting notice that it was being delivered, then an issue with delivery. It actually took 4 delivery attempts before it actually made it to my house. That being said, we like the product and I may end up getting a 2nd unit and stack it. I seem to have more stuff than I realized. so beautiful and wonderful
