This item was a lot cheaper than the one at Lowes. However, be prepared to put it together. That takes some time. We stained the door, clear coated and sanded. I love the way it turned out. One of the pieces was split but we were able to maneuver it so it would be on the back and not seen. All in all, I would purchase this item again.
P.S. We did have to add a board for it to anchor onto as the black rod that came with it was not able to take the weight good. See pic.
