Had problem with legs not having pads. Irritated and frustrated as I was having clients over that week. Company contacted me same day with a heart felt apology and immediate response to correct issue. So impressed as they reshipped right away and gave us an appropriate discount. We could not be happier with sofas and customer service experience! Sofas easy to put together, firm and look quality. They look much better in person. Definitely would buy again. Fyi to those who think they did not get legs, screws and pillows, they are inside seat of couches. There is a zipper. Decent buy for me.
