We ordered this chair as an accent chair, mostly for extra seating when we have company. The chair came mostly assembled. You only had to attach the seat. My husband did that in no time. The time-consuming part involved removing all the protective packaging, but I would have rather have too much packaging and not enough resulting in dents and dings. It arrived in good condition, no structural problems, no dents or dings. It is comfortable enough. I wouldn't sit in it on a regular basis, but it is totally satisfactory for guests. When it arrived, we had guests visiting, and we had each guest sit in it. All gave thumbs up. The only down side (hence the 4-star rating) is that I wish the manufacturer gave more options for cushion colors. We have toddler grandchildren, so I might Scotchguard the light fabric. We plan on ordering a second chair so we have a matching set.
