Bought this make-up vanity for my daughter for Christmas but due to being in the hospital Jan thru May I was unable to assemble it for her so it stayed in the box. (I had purchased the assembly but made several appointments with the assemblers but they never showed up) We were going to attempt to assemble ourselves but when we took the first piece out of the box, the largest piece, it was broken. Emailed the company but never got a response so in the box it stayed. Emailed them again & they said the guarantee was for 30 days, I explained still in the box, till wrapped up you can see it has not been out of the box except for the one large piece but they refused to help. The large piece appears to be the countertop or the main surface. Its so poorly made it couldnt even make the trip here without breaking. Was not what I expected for the price. I am now going to assume the drawers are garbage too. The drawers, the moving parts, are always the biggest risk. Bad service, bad product will dispute with my credit card company.
Customer service is horrible, arrived broken.
