Update 1/18: We did receive the missing pieces.
Update: they contacted me and offered reparations and immediate shipping of the missing parts. Hopefully I will receive them soon. I appreciate their efforts.
I did not receive all of the pieces and now two drawers cannot be assembled. It was a Christmas present for my daughter so I am very disappointed. I hope to hear from the seller very soon.
