The appearance is great and the cushions are comfortably firm. However, the compression and decompression of the cushions is distractingly audible. It's like the muffed sound of sitting on a few plastic bags. Moreover, the cushion doesn't decompress all the way after it's sat on. The wrinkles in the cushion remain visible until it is manually patted out. Too bad that the otherwise very nicely designed product couldn't be paired with better cushions.
