This thing is solid wood and very easy to assemble. I am impressed by the build quality and sturdiness of this table. One of the nicest pieces of unassembled furniture I have bought. Will have to watch how well the finish holds up. I wish there was more furniture like this available. The laminated stuff is ok, but solid wood is always nice. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
