We ordered this because our queen box spring did not fit up the stairs at our new home. It was easy enough to assemble that I did it without help. My husband is a big guy and I like that it is very stable, he can get in and out of bed without it moving and disturbing me. My only criticism is that we ordered a queen frame, and it is a bit too big. There are several inches of the platform visible on either side of the mattress, and you have to be careful walking around the bed because it sticks out further than youd expect from the edge of the mattress / its very easy to bash knees and toes against the corners and legs.
