it was like building a house of cards. Nothing secured in, everything was just a slide in type thing. When I was done with assembling it I tried to move it to the right area of my living room and it kept falling apart. The comfort of it reminds me of a futon, I like it, I just need to not try to lift it anymore. Easy directions.
