Very happy with this purchase. I love this couch/futon. It is beautiful, soft to the touch, and has firm cushions. It is cleverly designed and easy to assemble (it helps to have a helper though). The directions did not mention the hidden support legs within the back zip/up part of the back cushions (meant for use while in futon mode), but they were easy to spot. I was very impressed with how this was packaged, particularly how all the metal parts were shrink/wrapped on labeled cardboard. I am interested in other items by this design team now too. Product was just as descriproduct
