Does not come with mattress this is just the awesome frame
So I originally purchased this futon thinking it came with that sweet ass mattress. I figured with that sticker price it had to come with both. Nope Just the frame which it clearly states in the description. I was to focused on the price but I am not disappointed.
It comes in 2 packages fyi. but it was easy to install. I suggest getting a power drill or electric screw driver. Theres a lot of bolts that need turning and using the provided allen key will take you FOREVER. So invest in some tools or suffer carpel tunnel.
but its surprisingly simple. Not a lot of moving pieces which is good. Really solid wood frame. It looks like you could leave it outside for a couple days in bad weather and it would be fine. Not gonna do that with a 400 dollar futon but nice to know if i become homeless I can be the most stylish bum under the bridge.
if you got the money buy it and the mattress. if not there are PLENTY of less lavish options.
