Easy set up. This little piece of furniture is great! From the color, comfort, and fabric. Super easy to unfold and use as an ottoman, lounge or bed. It also looks fantastic. The only downside is that there is no way to lock the legs in place! So anytime you have it open to lounge chair or bed and you move it forward or backwards to fit it in your space the legs collapse! This is still a good buy and a nice convertible piece for a small space but it would be absolutely perfect if the legs could lock and stay open. It is a bit dangerous if there was a small child on it or even if an animal jumped on it, it could fall on someone.
