We purchased this bed for a 10 year old and a 12 year old. The wood and bed are very sturdy. It does not wiggle. It wasnt difficult to put together. It came with the nail coverings to match the bed. My only worry is on the top bunk, the front side bed rail looks like it could break in the future because it wiggles close to the ladder. A good thing about this bed is that my 12 year old can sit up and read comfortably on the bottom bunk. There is plenty of room. My kids will easily use these beds as teens and adults in the future.Good.
