Pros: i like the depth, read reviews where they say its firm but its not that firm and i am sure when u break in to it, it will be a bit sinking and comfy. The color was the major thing i had to consider when i bought this. I wanted the pearl one but the price for the charcoal at the time i purchased was 200 lower so it seemed silly to spend 200 more for the sake of a color. Thats said the color is weird, not bad weird but different. I have put a true black remote control and a gray fabric so you would be able to compare because there isnt a lot of charcoal color purchase. The back cushions like other reviews said have to be fluffed out if that kind of deflated look bothers you because i have used it for just 3 days and i can see that look. CONS: deliver was HORRIBLE. Got it 31 days after i ordered. First deliver week they canceled (reason: the driver is sick) Second week ( canceled on me (reason: the driver doesnt work for them anymore, cry) third time i got my item and mind you, i took two days off work just so i can get this couch bc you have to be home to accept the package. The carrier was NSD and they were the worst.
