Arrived super fast. I couldnt find the instructions when getting ready to assemble the bed, so I messaged the seller who responded just an hour two later with a really nice message and instructions attached! Then they reached out again to make sure we had no issues with assembly or anything. I must echo the other reviews citing the excellent customer service, theyre really top/notch.
The frame itself is great, its much sturdier than Id expected and doesnt shift or make noise at all. Definitely in a different league than other comparably priced bed frames Ive tried. 100 recommended! Well made and comfy!
