Solid build, great ladder, and nice clean design. Trouble is every piece of wood in the box has several scratches on it. After my son starts using this Im sure it will look far worse. Boxes arrived in great condition and was packed well. Best guess this happened when loading the boxes with product. If I spend money on something new I prefer to be the one to make it look used. Not buy it that way. Im a bit disappointed.
