Im updating my review to 4 stars, as the vendor went out of their way to help address my concerns. They seem genuinely interested in listening to their customers and improving their product design.
My plumber installed this in our newly renovated bathroom and while the shower works fine, the hot water versus cold water labeling on the knob (which is so important), does not appear correctly. In other words, when you turn the handle towards H you get cold water instead of hot.
