The bed arrive much sooner than expected, however the hardware was missing. I called the company, instead of right away. I was very surprised that I got an answer from a real person right away! The customer service processed my request and new hardware was shipped right away. By the time I have the whole bed the arrival time was the one I initially was expecting.
The bed is very nice looking and sturdy. However just comparing the weight of this bed with the one I have from Rooms to Go I can tell the quality is inferior. With that said, a similar bed in Rooms to GO was 3 to 4 times the price. Therefore, I feel very happy with this purchase. I believe this bed will last a long time too.
Assemble was not very difficult. I am not handy at all and it took me several hours ( I did it in two different days) The pictures can be a bit confusing for someone like me with no experience in this type of task. The tool provide is not ideal. I will definitely recommend have a good screwdriver with the right head.
Overall I think this is a good product for the price. Perfect for my teenager.
