Although they arrived with some package damage (probably due to shipping) the product arrived in good time. I felt the instructions for assembly were fairly clear. Some explanation could have been helpful or clearer pictures for explanation would have been nice but we were able to soon figure it out. I have seen complaints on scratching but not sure people understand that there is protective film on some of the pieces. We had no scratches present. Other complaints made about only two holes being drilled on one side of the hinges so some explanation that the second set of holes should be done by consumer once all adjustments to the side to side are made then the final holes can be done by a predrill by small bit for final placement of last two screws. Other than that I fully recommend this product if that is your design choice.
