This is a classy looking chair for my home office. Its wide enough for my small/medium sized dog to sleep beside me when I do my online meetings. It is pretty deep, though--maybe a bit too deep for someone with short legs to be comfortable with an ottoman. It took me (a 60-something yo woman) less than 30 minutes to assemble (attach the legs) and put it in place by myself.
