My husband ordered these back in March we were remodeling so we didnt check the delivery boxes. When we started to open the boxes we notice that we didnt receive the ottoman. I didnt think I was going to get help but I tried. Contacted the email they provided on the boxes. That same day they returned my email. And they sent me an ottoman with no problem. The sofa is great and comfy my nine/year old approves as he takes naps after school on them since we put them up. They are a lot sturdier than similar ikea sofas. Look like they are going to be durable and if not the price is awesome! If youre looking for bang for you buck buy them! LOVE LOVE LOVE
