Bolts seat well and can be screwed in securely with included Allen wrench. Seems strong and well built; sits comfortably. Can adjust to any height desired; swivels silently. My robotic did climb up on the base, but was able to get down. Im a 75 year old female, not handy, but assembled 4 in about 20 minutes each.
