Excellent product! I was worried because we have to fly very soon. It came immediately, and it is way better than I thought it would be. Very strong case, but collapses for easy storage. Very comfortable, and our dog climbed in right away, and sleeps in it...which shocked all of us because she is so picky. We thought we were going to have to train her to be okay in it. I picked her up and it is so easy to carry on my shoulder! I loved the hand-signed note too!
