Very comfortable. I am 4’10” and was looking for a smaller size chair. This chair is still a little big for me. This chair would be ideal for someone who is a minimum of 5’. Very disappointed in the thickness of the faux leather. I have handbags made of faux leather that is MUCH thicker then the chair. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE PETS. The material will not withstand pets that have claws. I’m sure I will have to replace the chair after 1 year because of the material. Also, as the footrest comes up, the back reclines. You cannot do one without the other.
