Stool arrived very quickly and packed very well. Was super easy to put together. probably took 10 minutes.
We had one small issue. Our counter would only accommodate 5 stools. We found these stools sold in sets of 2. And then I found this single stool made by the same company and it looked exactly the same and was the same color so I ordered 1 single stool also. But, It was smaller and a little bit different in color. Contacted to see if this was a mistake or perhaps a fluke and we could get a replacement. They responded immediately and told us that this single stool is a little different than the ones sold in pairs. But, instead of returning it they offered us a very generous discount and we could keep it which we chose to do. I just ordered one more single and were using them in a different part of the house. Great customer service! Like it a lot
