one of the legs had the wrong holes and was not the leg for this ottoman. And you can only get a replacement thru the website that sells the product and their customer service. They wanted me to return the entire ottoman for 1 leg!!! I said that was silly. We were able to fix the holes with anchors.
once you have the correct leg its a beautiful sturdy product.
