The chair and ottoman were easy to assemble, look good, and are comfortable. But the reason Im writing this review is to thank them for their excellent customer service.
When the package arrived and we assembled the chair and ottoman, we noticed that the ottoman was missing one of the protective plastic feed that fit onto the metal rails that make up the frame. I contacted the vendor by email and explained the problem. They shipped out a replacement frame which arrived within about a week of the original package. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to make it right. Thank you! It was packaged nicely
