A good scooter, and has met my expectations. has left me doubting them, though. I initially was sent the wrong model, and they did send the correct model, but the wrong one is still sitting on my deck, and I have seen nothing yet of a return label to return their product to them. They do not seem to be very well organized. I hope their customer service is not reflected by this.
