Needed something to use in stores as I could not use a walker due to the problem of standing or walking for any length of time. Checked on line for one that had 4 wheels and offered the best deal and price. Since I live in a cottage type home, scooter is not a good choice but does well in homes with more space. Due to terrain in my yard, was unable to use walker but this scooter enabled me to get around all over with a little bit of bumpiness in rough areas, which I could not even get around with the walker. Great price and does great outside for my needs. I keep the battery pack inside during the cold weather. Scooter is under roof with a cover on my deck the rest of the time. Suggest you purchase a cover no matter where you keep it. Even though it fits in my SUV if I remove seat and collapse the handles down, Im thinking of getting a carrier to attach on the back, easier for me to travel alone and get the scooter onto the ground. Would recommend this to those in need of a very good and inexpensive scooter.
