so I added a slanted foot rest over the front fender so I could stretch out my very bad knees. It is very responsive

All it said it would be. However, the seat is too low for people 58 and above, so I had to have it modified by adding additional holes in the seat post. Also, the foot rest area is too small, so I added a slanted foot rest over the front fender so I could stretch out my very bad knees. It is very responsive, it holds a charge a long time, and is very maneuverable. The worst thing is the instructions do not tell you to release the front axle. There is a knob to do this, but the instructions say nothing about it. Do not expect to use this machine outside on gravel or semi/soft ground // it does not function well in those environments. It is excellent on hard surfaces outside and everything inside. I am happy with it with my modifications. It is very sturdy and it comes apart enough for me to lift the parts in and out of my van.
