Based on reviews of this product, we purchased it for our trip to the UK. While it stood up to a lot of abuse from the airlines, the large suitcase pulling handle was broken when we retrieved it. On examination, it looks like the handle was not seated correctly when the hole, which secures the handle, was drilled. Consequently, there was insufficient metal to hold the handle in place. We liked to four wheel concept and it was easy to maneuver it did not seem well finished. Surprisingly, it was not that much lighter than the heavy duty Samsonite luggage we had previously, which has withstood countless overseas journeys.
