Ive brought the 28 and 24 suitcases from San Jose to Toronto and theyve held up perfectly fine so far. No scratches, no cracks, no broken wheels. I saw the baggage being handled with care from looking out the airplane window.
The only problem I have with these suitcases are that the handles dont stay up very well, they fall back in even if you dont push the button. Other than that they are quite sturdy.

I realized after being handled through the airport one of the feet on the side of the suitcase (not the wheels) have broken off... Hopefully nothing else breaks on my trip back.
