So the first set I got had a major dent in the corner. Thankfully I ordered way in advance for my trip. It was a quick exchange. The next set was un-damaged. However, trying to reset the lock didnt go well. The push button to reset it got jammed in and now wont work. But I got it to work on one of the other pieces. So I just bought a separate TSA approved luggage lock.
