I like this scooter as it is stable, easy to assemble, easy to disassemble. I only had one issue to date. The seat latch no longer latches. I freely swivels during transport making it a hard to operate for anyone. I am not sure how to contact the seller about this as it is past its time to be able to return. I have not owned this for a year yet so I hoped it was still under warranty. Other than this I loved it, until it was too unsafe to operate for the seat issue. They back their product and were willing to help get this repaired. All and all, this is an excellent scooter.
